So we have a chart per question or data point. It would be a good to have feature if one chart can communicate with other chart/ charts: Example: Lets say I have 2 Questions : 1/ Educational Background : Graduates/ Post Graduates 2/ Employer Name : SurveyAnalytics/ IdeaScale/ QuestionPro When I am taking a look at Educational Background Chart - > I should be able to tap the Employer name tab and select the choices ...more »
If a question is too long for the green title bar, a user should be able to tap on it to see the full question text.
Add the ability to easily toggle between absolute values and percentages.
Add the ability for a user to press and hold down on a question to make it "go away."
Add the ability for a user to annotate the charts.
A text viewer for free response questions would be useful. Most simply the ability to scroll through free response answers (show first 30 characters, drill into full response) would be a start. Quantitative text analytics (word frequency, sentiment, etc...) would be most useful.
I suspect once you start uploading data dumps onto SecondPrism, it might be useful to get an indicator (e.g. the star icon in gmail) to identify important collections. This can also be applied on the question / chart when you look browse the carousel.
So there is a big market out there to get good charts for presentations. It would be cool if we can edit data on the Ipad or Iphone to change the data.
This is what mockup tools do now :
So basically we have and edit data icon on certain chart types where we can easily modify the name, value pair and the chart gets rendered ! For the initial implementation we could do it just ...more »
Share a chart with facebook friends?
I know that simplicity is a huge focus for this, but it would be great if there were a couple of default ways of combining data from more than one variable into the same field of view. For example, being able to chart data points against two axis, or getting a third variable in there by changing the size or color of the data dot.
Add the ability to change the color scheme.
I don’t know if it’s possible, but could you make it so that if one person was the presenter and the other people in the room were viewers but everyone had an ipad, could the presenter manipulate their ipad and have the results show on the viewers ipads, kinda like a gotowebinar but on ipads with second prism. Like I said, don’t know if it’s possible, but I could see tremendous value and impact in a conference room displaying ...more »
